Burlington Hall is situated in pleasant and leafy Woburn Sands, six miles south-east of Milton Keynes and two miles from Woburn Abbey and Woburn Safari Park. Woburn Sands offers a number of facilities for older people including shops, a library, Asplands Medical Centre and a dental surgery.
Burlington Hall comprises 53 single rooms and 1 companion room, all with en-suite facilities. The home is divided into smaller units, with several lounges, sitting areas and dining rooms. It has two passenger lifts and wheelchair access to all areas within the home and its award winning gardens.

We actively encourage a collaborative and team based approach with the families of our residents to build stronger relationships to help meet the wishes and needs of our residents. We also offer specialist dementia care by highly trained carers. Our palliative care focuses on achieving the very best quality of life and supporting our residents and their families.
